This is a challenge I first set myself during the fall of 2013. The idea is to take a picture of everything I eat throughout the day. Maybe by taking pictures of everything (as boring as they may be) I will be more accountable to myself and eat better than I have in previous months.

Of course habits are hard to form and even harder to stick to every single day, so the goal is not to take a photograph of every single calorie that enters my stomach every single day of the year; but rather to document trends.
